The exchange was set up to enable employers across Norfolk to share, swap and club together around practical interventions and resources related to workplace health and wellbeing.

The site was set up as a pilot from the Staying Healthy at Work programme, with support from Business in the Community, City College Norwich, NHS Norfolk, Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Staying Healthy at Work.

You can post anything as long as it is health and wellbeing related, so it can be anything from training courses to zumba classes to sharing policy documents, but it must be related to the central topic.

Anyone can register as long as they are operating as a legitimate business.

The site is administered by Business in the Community with technical support from City College Norwich.

There is no cost to register and use the site. This is thanks to support from Business in the Community, City College Norwich, NHS Norfolk, Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Staying Healthy at Work, who have all provided support free of charge.

There is no catch! This is about the business community working together to benefit their businesses and their employees.

You can post on the website something that you would like to access or to let others know that you have something to offer up. Once you’ve signed up you can place a request or respond to something being advertised. You can also start or join in a discussion on a relevant topic to get help and advice – you don’t just have to swap products and services.
