Fit4Work - Free to all Norfolk Businesses

Fit4Work, supported by NHS Norfolk and Waveney, is a free service that is open to all organisations in Norfolk to encourage the workforce to get more active and lead healthier lifestyles. By being part of the project an organisation can access a free staff consultation and report service, bespoke action plans, courses and tasters of activity, competitions and tournaments, an online directory of services and the Fit4Work Corporate Games, as well as lots more.
